If we don’t take care of our stress, soon or later we will feel depressed. We need life energy to help us to overcome our stress and depression.
Why do we easily fall into depression? If our life is always work, study and no enjoyment sooner or later we will end up depressed and feel so down. We need to have fun moments, happy moments through our activities, hobbies, and our passion in life. These are the things that will give us life energy to move on in life.
We need God in our life. Why? There are many people who feel that they don’t need God in their lives, but whenever they have a crisis or face difficulties, such as terminal stage cancer, they will ask God ‘Why me?’ They will go all the way to look for Gods that can heal them. So instead of crying to God when we have a crisis why not worship God when we are alright in life. We are blessed with so many things in life, we should thank God for the many good things in our life. So remember God when everything is OK.
We will have inner strength when we trust our God because we know that we have hope in life, we commit our problem to God. We believe that God will help us to resolve all the problems in life because with God everything is possible.
If you only depend on your own strength and try to solve all the problem in life own your own then you will feel stressed, and this stress will kill us slowly if we are not aware of it. It will make you feel down each day and lose your energy slowly in life. That is why we need to do something about it and not sit there and do nothing.
Our ‘Prinsip Rukun Negara’ is on the right track because we put God our top priority for our country. We believe that God will bring peace to our country. So don’t neglect your God.
When we have our inner strength, we can control our emotions well and can manage it well even though our life is full of ups and downs.
When we have peace then we will do our activities happily, movement therapy is good for healing, so we need to move and exercise our body and mind to get more oxygen, our body will produce good hormone and repair what is broken inside our body.
By doing all the activities and hobbies, we get life energy and our battery is recharged daily. Not only that, our mind will be alert and focus too. If our body is healthy, we will be able to do more things in life. Doing activities will help us connect with people, the community and our nation. When we do our favorite activity not only will we have fun but we will also have joy in life as we are doing the things we like.
We can focus our intellectual by reading motivational or inspiring articles or books, or even through media social. We need to feed our brain with good moral, and positive things in life. By doing all these things, we will be able to increase our life energy and move on happily and peacefully in life.
Therefore, to avoid depression we have to be alert with our daily life work, praise and thank God for everything in our life, control our emotions well, do our favorite activities joyfully and read more motivational items in order to get more wisdom and inspiration. Life is wonderful and peaceful with God, a stable EQ, activities & a high IQ.
So don’t wait for miracles to happen, take initiative and take control of your life.
